Refund policy
- We would prefer to offer a credit note or alternations if the garment is not right for you. We are a small company and much care goes into the production and packaging of each individual order. Please consider your purchase carefully, including sizing and material, before placing an order.
- For UK customers we will only accept returns within 7 days of your item's arrival. Please email hello@sorrelclothing.co.uk to arrange a return. Remember to send back items with original tags and in their original condition. If an item shows signs of wear or is not in a satisfactory condition, a refund may not be granted.

We are not able to accept international returns or exchanges due to customs and duties. All European and international orders are considered final once shipped. If you need more information to ensure the garment will fit you perfectly, we are here to help. Please consider your measurements carefully and get in contact if you want to discuss sizing or any other information.

In the event of a faulty item a refund will be made to the original card used. This payment will only be made when the product has been returned to our studio, checked and confirmed faulty at our discretion. Please send an email immediately to notify us.

When returning items, please ensure that your return packages are properly insured and tracked. Sorrel Clothing is not responsible for any return packages until they have been received at our designated return address.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless your garment is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full.
